Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at alphabioticsoc.com or booking services with Edmund Lee Wellness LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Edmund Lee Wellness LLC provides Alphabiotics alignment services in Orange County, California. Alphabiotics is a wellness technique that helps reset the nervous system. Alphabiotics is not a medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure for any condition. Our services are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked through our website at alphabioticsoc.com
  • You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed
  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments
  • Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through the links provided in your confirmation message

Pricing and Payments

  • Current pricing is displayed on our website
  • Payment may be collected at the time of service or in advance online
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Package sessions (5-pack, 10-pack, monthly unlimited) are subject to their respective validity periods as listed at the time of purchase
  • All sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS messages from Edmund Lee Wellness LLC related to your appointments and services.

Types of messages you may receive:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Post-session follow-up messages
  • Responses to your inquiries

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

To opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (949) 390-5617. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may book and receive services without opting in to SMS messages.

We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS messages.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver

By scheduling and attending an Alphabiotics session, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating in Alphabiotics services
  • Alphabiotics is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
  • You have disclosed any relevant health conditions or injuries prior to your session
  • You assume full responsibility for your participation

Intellectual Property

All content on alphabioticsoc.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Edmund Lee Wellness LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Edmund Lee Wellness LLC and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
